To appreciate peace we must first experience chaos. True.
Its only in the presence of chaos that we see the beauty of peace but due to our emotional imbalance in the spore of the moment we get so carried away wanting to solve that which we perceive to be the thief that robbing us of our intended peace.
When we look at our emotions during our different moments of chaos we come to genuinely see that our chaos is nothing but events of our life at which we attach our emotions to.
Take a moment and truly look at what ever you are stressed about or perceive as your chaos now if its nothing but different layers of events future or past, and different emotional reactions triggered in us.
In truth the peace we seek is nothing but emotional numbness to the sensations an event triggers in us.
The fact is that there will always be chaos in the world no matter the peace walks and peace marathons, chaos is part of the universal system.
The whole cosmic universe is functioning not in peace but in chaos.
Chaos is an invitation to be creative, the peace we look for is the ability to turn chaos into creative potentials.
When we aren’t able to be creative with our chaos we become overwhelmed and anxious.
